Easy to find.
Quick to answer.

A four-person studio in Hyderabad. We make the websites and Google listings that help customers find you, and the WhatsApp replies, CRMs and reports that make sure you answer in time.

  1. Out here, every firefly is flashing on its own.
  2. Each one keeps time with the ones it can see. Give them a moment.
  3. Now they flash together. Well, almost all of them.

The work

Three lights we’ve helped switch on.

A switch maker in Surat, a bridal makeup artist here in Hyderabad, and a plumber in Leeds. All three sites are live, so open them on your phone and send a test enquiry. You’ll learn more that way than from anything we write here.

The KB Switches home page: the headline “Beautiful control. A feeling of home.” beside a black glass switch panel and mood settings.

KB Switches

Touch switches and home automation · Surat, Gujarat

KB doesn’t sell online, so the site has to do the explaining. It shows the Glass, Acrylic and Roma ranges, plays the dealer films and hands over the catalogue. Enquiries go to WhatsApp with the product already filled in.

Bindu Makeover

Brides can see her work, sorted by look, before they ask about price. The enquiry form asks for the occasion, date and venue, then opens WhatsApp with all of it written out.

Remember the faint light on the horizon?

HyderabadLeeds
7,807 km from Hyderabad to Leeds

It was about 7,800 km away, in Leeds.

In Britain, fireflies are called glow-worms. They aren’t worms: they’re the same family of beetles. Same light, different field.

The Rapid Emergency Response home page: “Leak, burst or blockage? Help is on the way.” with Ryan’s number in large type, Call and WhatsApp buttons, and the van.

Rapid Emergency Response

Emergency and everyday plumbing · Leeds, West Yorkshire

Ryan Aubrey is a City & Guilds plumber covering Leeds, Morley, Drighlington, Pudsey, Calverley and Batley. When water is coming through the ceiling, nobody wants to read, so the site puts his number on screen the whole time, tells you how to turn off the stopcock while you wait, and lets you send a photo on WhatsApp so Ryan can tell you if it’s urgent.

Services

Two kinds of light.

Frontlit is the part your customers see. Backlit is what runs behind it, so nobody who gets in touch slips away. Most businesses need a bit of both.

The light people see

Frontlit.

  • A website that works properly on a phone
  • Your Google Business Profile and Justdial listing
  • Instagram, planned and posted for you
  • Logo, colours and email on your own domain
  • Photos, reels, catalogues and brochures

The light made inside

Backlit.

  • WhatsApp auto-replies and follow-ups
  • A simple CRM for leads and orders
  • Excel reports that update themselves
  • Power BI dashboards for the owner

If your business already runs on WhatsApp and Excel, this is usually where the biggest time savings are.

How it fits together

One customer, start to finish.

Follow Priya from a Google search to a line in your report. The first half is Frontlit work. The second half is Backlit, and it’s where most businesses lose people.

  1. Frontlit gets them to your door

    01

    They search

“Cake shop near me”, on Google.

  2. 02

    They find your listing

    Right hours, real photos, directions.

  3. 03

    They check your site

On their phone, in between other things.

  4. 04

    They message you

On WhatsApp, with what they want already written.

  5. Without this half, enquiries slip away right here: a late reply, a number saved nowhere.

Backlit keeps them from slipping away

    05

    They hear back

Straight away, even when you’re busy at the counter.

  6. 06

    Nobody is forgotten

Each enquiry lands in your CRM with a follow-up date.

  7. 07

    You see the numbers

A report shows what came in, and from where.

An example customer and bakery. The numbers in the report are made up for the illustration.

The studio

The studio

The first thing we ask is where your customers come from. What colour the website should be comes much later.

I’m Himansh. I grew up between Uttarakhand and Gujarat, worked in business consulting, and now run Lumetta from Hyderabad. There are four of us, with no account managers in between, so whoever you message is one of the people doing the work.

Himansh NegiFounder, Lumetta Studio

  • Himansh Negi

    Founder. Strategy and clients

Asks where your customers come from before anything gets designed.

  • Shalini Bukya

    Growth. Leads, WhatsApp and Google

Turns your Google profile and WhatsApp into a steady flow of enquiries. Probably the first person you’ll talk to.

  • Anurag Borisa

    Senior architect and developer

Builds the websites and web apps, and makes sure they still work a year later.

  • Anuj Shah

Data. Power BI, Excel and Power Apps

Pulls the numbers out of your sheets, including the ones you didn’t know you needed.

Questions

Questions people ask first.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the job, so we don’t put a number here. A one-page website and a CRM for a sales team aren’t priced the same way. After a short call you get a fixed written quote with what’s included and the timeline, before any work starts. No surprise bills.

How long does it take?

Smaller websites usually go live in about a week. Larger sites, CRMs and dashboards take longer, and you get a written timeline with the quote.

What’s in the free audit, and what’s the catch?

Three specific things to fix first, in the order we’d fix them, from a person on the team within one working day. Many of them you can do yourself. There’s no catch and no obligation to hire us.

I don’t have a website yet. Can I still ask?

Yes. Send your Instagram, your Google listing, or a line about what you do.

My business runs on Excel sheets and WhatsApp. Can you help with that?

Yes, and that’s often where the biggest time savings are. Show us a sample, with anything sensitive removed, and we’ll suggest whether you need a cleaner Excel report, a Power BI dashboard, or a small CRM your team can use from their phones.

Do you work with businesses outside India?

Yes. Our plumber client is in Leeds, which is 4½ hours behind us in summer and 5½ in winter. His mornings are our afternoons, so there’s a good overlap for calls, and WhatsApp covers the rest.

Do you use AI?

Yes, to work faster on drafts, code and some visuals. A person reviews everything before it goes live. If any image or video in your project is AI-generated, we tell you which ones.

Why “Lumetta”?

Lumetta comes from the Italian lume, light, made small: a little light, like a firefly. We do two kinds of work. Frontlit work is the part your customers see, like a sign lit from the front. Backlit work is the systems that glow from inside and run behind it. Fireflies, handily, do both at once.

Remember the one out of step?

Plenty of good businesses are like that firefly: doing good work, just out of time with how customers look for them. Send us your link and a person on the team will send back three things to fix first, on WhatsApp, within a working day. It’s free.
