The Bindu Makeover home page: “A little magic. A lot of you.” on deep plum, beside a portrait of a smiling bride in a red dupatta and gold jewellery.

Who comes to the site

Brides and their families, usually deciding together on a phone. Before they get in touch they want two things: to see more of her work, and to know whether she’s free on the day. The site answers those two questions, in that order.

  1. A bride and her familyUsually deciding together, on a phone
  2. “Can I see more of her work?”

A portfolio sorted by lookBridal, engagement, pre-wedding, hair
  3. “Is she free on our date?”

A date enquiryOccasion, date and venue, written out for her

Every occasion, not just the wedding day

A wedding is a week of looks, plus the shoots and the engagement before it. The enquiry form lists eleven occasions, so a family can ask about all of them at once, and Bindu sees the whole job in one message.

A date enquiry that does the typing

It asks for the occasion, the date and the venue, then opens WhatsApp with everything written out. Bindu confirms every booking herself. A “Check your date” button stays on screen while you browse.

Beyond the website

We run her Instagram, @makeover__bindu, and keep her Google listing up to date, so all three say the same thing about her. Three lights, flashing together.

Lumetta Studio Example

Hi, this is our bakery’s Instagram. Can you have a look?

Had a proper look. Three things, in this order:

  1. Your Google listing still shows the old timings, and people are mentioning it in reviews.
  2. Your bio says “DM for orders” but has no WhatsApp link, so people give up.
  3. Your best cake photos are buried. Pin your top three.

The first two take ten minutes. Happy to walk you through them.
